Successful Strategies for Obtaining E-rate Category Two Support

October 30, 2020

1:00 to 2:30 p.m. ET, Online Only

Registration closes at 10:00 a.m. ET on October 30!

The Federal Communications Commission made several changes to E-rate Category Two support that take effect in the 2021 funding year. For the first time, schools and libraries will be able to apply for Category Two funding on a district-wide basis. But a host of issues around Category Two funding remain, such as what limits apply to working with vendors, how to provide Wi-Fi service outdoors during the COVID crisis, and the scope of the FCC's gift rule waiver. This workshop focuses on developing a successful Category Two strategy and calculating your Category Two budget for 2021 and beyond.
