​We follow the same parameters set forth by USAC for the competitive bidding process. We apply those parameters to search for the ideal consultant for DISTRICTS, SCHOOLS & PUBLIC LIBRARIES.

  • We develop a custom Request-For-Qualification (RFQ) & RFPs for each client based on the Consultant Survey - What are you looking for? and multiple conversations;

  • We then send the customized RFQ/RFP to all qualified consultants, NATIONWIDE;

  • We answer any submitted questions;

  • Receive the replies;

  • Score based on a custom decision matrix;

  • Set up interviews if requested;

  • Forward a recommendation list to the client that specifically fits the needs, objectives and budget of the client based on the Consultant Survey - What are you looking for?. 

  • Flat Rate Fee
